Hi loves! I have tried MICA Beauty products in the past and really loved them, specially their peeling cell (review). I have been testing out their Makeup Perfecting Primer (30ml, £89.10).
This primer comes in a tube and is with a pump, which makes getting the product out easy. I did have difficulties using it in the beginning. There was air bubble in front of it and I couldn't pump it out. I did manage to get it work and I was able to use it.
The formula of it is with out parabens and feels light weight on skin. It evens everything out and I can feel my makeup applies evenly and its easier to blend it into the skin. It makes my skin feel velvety
I have been using it since May and I
don't think it makes my makeup last longer. I do have oily skin type and it doesn't do anything against the oiliness. I think its more suited for normal to dry skin beauties. When I bought it, I did ask, if it fits oily skin and they said yes, which is definetly not the case. I will put it aside for now and take it out once the weather is colder and I'm not as oily. I feel summer just makes my skin extra oily.
The price on their UK/EU page is really high, but the prices in Estonia are lower. I bought it for 45 EUR and it wasn't discounted (its still high). If you don't have oily skin like me, you can check it out here.
If you have any great recommendations for oily skin type let me know in the comments below.

This looks like a good primer, I've been struggling to get one for a long time.

For creating even space its brilliant, but to keep oil in check not so much x
DeleteI actually don't have oily skin, but I do think not using too many products on the skin can be a great tip in general. I loved your review! I never heard of this product before but I like your honesty with such an informative post :) http://www.bauchlefashion.com/2017/07/a-sun-kissed-guide-to-summer-style.html
ReplyDeleteYour welcome x
DeleteI'm italian but I live in UAE. I always double check prices in these two countries because most of the time there is a huge difference! I normally try to save money spending them back to italy! xx

The same is here! I can find some brands in Estonia way cheaper x
DeleteThis sounds like a nice primer, although it's a shame it can't be worn all the time with oily skin! I have to switch up my primers throughout the year though, at least they last longer.

Thank you x
DeleteI have dry skin, this might work for me. I'll have to check out the brand to see if it's available in Canada. Http://www.mrsqbeauty.com
ReplyDeleteIt is available in USA, so I'm sure they would deliver to Canada x
DeleteIt sounds good, and if it doesn't work for you in the Winter then give it to a dry skin type so they can use it.

I think I will do that, if I can't make it work x
DeleteThis looks like a good primer! Is it silicone free?
